's fault. I met her at Midlands, and i was dressed at the Mad Hatter. Finally my tininess worked to my advantage, as apparently, i'm cute, and it's earned me the name "Chibi!Hatter-chan" 
Origin of this picture: "You were like a Chibi!Hatter! I just wanted to put you into a jar (with air holes of course!! @.@) or hide you under my coat and run away! Seriously you could have all the tea you liked and lotsa fabric to make hats!"
